I know the feeling. But I also know how joyful life can be as a sensitive person, fully living in her purpose.

I want to provide a safe and supportive space where you can fully embrace your authentic self without judgment. Whether you're grappling with stress, anxiety, or simply craving a moment of stillness, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.


This is a retreat that will take you into a journey of nervous system regulation, releasing body based memories and bringing ourselves to the natural rest & recovery state. You will connect with your body in ways of somatic movement, meditation/visualization and somatic yoga, and get support in a group with other sensitive women on the same path.

Have you ever thought  that “you just need to toughen up”? This is a path that many sensitive people take in order to fit in. But what about softening even more and allowing yourself to feel it all?


During this retreat you will go into a journey into yourself, connect with your inner joy and freedom and learn to embrace sensitivity as your strength. We will explore somatic practicing, including nervous system regulation, releasing body based memories and making space for your full expression. You will learn to manage stress and overwhelm with practical somatic tools, and empower yourself with embodiment practices. 

I want to see soft and sensitive people thriving, going after their dreams. Taking those leadership positions, starting these new projects and going into all those adventures. Because I know that when sensitive women take the lead, the world changes. We  lead with empathy and we care about others, nature, humanity, and we don't want to take from others so only we can win, we want everyone to succeed. 


But to do that we have to learn to take care of ourselves. As sensitive people we are in danger of putting everyone else first and being so caring that we get exhausted when it feels like we are constantly giving from ourselves and not receiving much back. 


So you need to put yourself first. And it can feel scary! But you can do it, gently. You can honor your needs with kindness, and learn to give from yourself while being clear about your own resources. So take this time to give yourself the gift of presence, self-care, and inner peace. You deserve it.

Ecorelax Fuerteventura is located in a quiet rural area only 15 minutes away from the dunes and beaches of Corralejo, and is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the concept of ecological and peaceful accommodation, with traditional Canarian architecture and outside of overcrowded urban centers. Thanks to the solar panels most of the villa’s electricity consumption comes from the sun and all the water consumed is used to irrigate the garden, for which the villa also uses rainwater.  The eco villa is fortunate to have unique views of the east coast of Lanzarote, the Natural Park Isla de Lobos, piteras plantations and volcanoes.

Fuerteventura is all about nature in its purest state, volcanic landscapes, beautiful beaches of turquoise water and golden, white or black sand. It is known for its protected spaces and light and sun all year round, the island of eternal spring. Fuerteventura’s Starlight Reserve is famous for the quality of its night sky, ideal for stargazing. A paradise declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Somatic movement

In somatic movement classes we work on themes like: releasing tension from the body, creating a good and safe feeling within yourself, getting reconnected with forgotten parts of yourself, releasing fascia and listening the subtle messages from our bodies. We are fully concentrated on how the movement feels in your body, at the moment. Attention is inwards, deep in the body and we are in the  experience of here and now.

Stargazing tour

Fuerteventura is famous for it's stargazing opportunities, so one evening we are going a stargazing with a guide to dunes of Correlejo, to enjoy the magic of the night. This tour includes a guide, rugs and blankets, telescope and laser pointer. 

 Yoga & Meditation

During the retreat we are starting our days with yoga & meditation. These are gentle classes suitable for everyone, and gets you to start your day in a right amount of calmness and inspiration. 

Day hike

In the middle of the retreat we are going to take a one day to go for a day hike to fully enjoy the beautiful nature of Fuerteventura. The duration of the hike is approximately 3-4 hours, and it is accessible without much hiking experience (but bring a good walking shoes!).

In our workshops you will explore techniques to enhance well-being and resilience and to address nervous system dysregulation with bottom to up -methods. You will learn to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and vagus nerve,  and to understand different states of nervous system. We will also explore how fascia affects your body and mind, and how to live more balanced life embrazing your sensitivity as a strength instead of limitation.



Our accomodation is in beautiful  suites in the eco villa. Each 45m2 suite has a terrace, two single beds, bathroom, mini fridge and a kettle, and comfortably accomodates two participants (but we also have option for private accomodation).

Retreat price includes:

  •  5 nights accomodation

  • Delicious vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner (on the day of arrival we have only dinner, and on the last day only breakfast).

  • Transportation to/from airport at following times: Tuesday 27.08 at 2pm and Sunday 01.09. at 1pm.

Do I need experience of movement or yoga practices?

No you don't, the level of the movement practices is open and suitable for beginners as well as for seasoned practicioners. I will always encourage you to listen to your own body.

Will there be any free time during the retreat?

In this retreat we want to embrace a good balance of being relaxed & inspired, so each day you will have free time to enjoy the pool or even go to explore the island of Fuerteventura with your new friends. 

What is the cancellation policy?

The deposit is non-refundable (but in case you cancel your participation at least 30 days before the retreat it can be used towards your participation in our other upcoming retreats). Rest of the payment is fully refundable up to 30 days prior starting the retreat, after that only in case that we (Dancing Sun Yoga) would choose to cancel the retreat.
