I want inspire you to move with joy and freedom

We all have our own way of moving, our way of existing in these bodies. And we can enjoy it, no matter if we want to create art with the way we move, or just want to feel more at ease with ourselves, find home in our bodies and live a little bit lighter and brighter.

As I see it, almost any kind of movement can be used as a tool for self-discovery and healing, if it's done with intention and awareness. My own journey of movement as well as relationship with my body has been greatly affected by years of intense dance training. Spending hours, days, weeks and months fully occupied with the way my body moves, how I can express more freely and what happens when I allow my body to show me the way was always more interesting to me than just learning different choreographed ways to move. I always wanted to go deeper into the movement, moving not just for the sake of performing, but for how it truly feels in my body, or even more interestingly, how it feels in my soul? How we can connect with our deepest emotions through movement, and find freedom and release in a way that with words is not always possible.


I want to inspire you to connect with the happiness within yourself, to find the joy and safety inside your body. To get the most out of this experience of being alive in this world by connecting with the freedom inside you, and trusting your own body's wisdom. With the use of techniques from Hatha & Vinyasa yoga, somatic movement, contemporary dance, embodiment practises, meditation and breathwork I now guide my students into their own journeys of exploration, and encourage everyone to see what happens when you are truly kind to yourself, listen your body and allow it to express freely.
